chen08209 c6eaa0a68b refactor(core): rebuild the Go core IPC, hub, and ownership model 
Rebuild the IPC server, hub, tiered message queues, and the file
ownership reclaim a setuid or Helper-spawned Core performs, and move the
Clash.Meta fork forward. UpdateParams carries the authentication users
the app injects at runtime.
